He is a financial planner. When he started on the Money Merge Account just over 3 years ago, he had 26 years left to pay on his mortgage. In his newsletter today, he confirmed (practice what you preach) that he paid OFF his mortgage last month. He has an equity line that will be paid off within the next couple of months. In his words, "I can't tell you how great it feels to be mortgage free for the first time in my adult life."
